PT Acuan Teknologi Rekayasa : Where Engineering Meets Innovation

Surabaya, 15 July 2024 - PT Acuan Teknologi Rekayasa or commonly called ATERA is a company engaged in manufacturing, innovation and product development that uses, and has expertise in the field of engineering consulting, especially in numerical-based analysis such as: Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) .

 

This company was founded in October 2022, with the background of 3 engineers who were involved in several projects initially until finally forming a joint business entity based in Surabaya.

 

The ATERA team has many years of experience working with a background in the fields of mechanical and marine engineering with the same team focused goal: combining our knowledge and experience to produce extraordinary products and utilize the latest techniques for the satisfaction of our clients.

1. Engineering Consultation : Product development and industry challenges that continue to develop create challenges in innovating, accompanied by high prices of raw materials for product testing. The approach taken to reduce costs in testing and to develop relatively efficient products is to use the help of numerical analysis to reduce time and costs. With the following areas of expertise: automotive, marine & offshore, HVAC, aerospace, renewable energy, chemical & process, etc.
2. Carbon Fiber Fabrication : Providing carbon fiber composite solutions for the automotive, marine, aerospace, sports, industrial fields, defenses and others. Leveraging our industry specialists, we can conduct research and development, rapid prototyping to tool design, testing and evaluation.We assist our clients in product design to create quality-controlled and cost-effective production plans. From manufacturing quality master molds, molds and lamination fixtures to manufacturing precision parts to high tolerances, we ensure that our clients receive consistently exceptional products.
3. General Fabrication : ATERA also provide general material fabrication work, such as making research prototypes such as modification of cover sight glass on coal feeders in power plants, making prototype gas valve units to regulate fuel on LNG ships, and so on.
